Satisfactory breakfasts at the bakery next door. Good beds, great and particularly good location in the very center. And only a 5-minute walk from a tree-lined pedestrian street.

The location was great, close to market, I liked the hotel. What's more, it was just next door to the old town of Barcelona and La Ramblas Street as well as a restaurant with very tasty spanisch...

great location on la rambla, staff were very kind and helping
the room and bathroom are too small, the lift is poor facilitated, the rooms are not soundproofed, can hear next door and the hall way clearly.

Excellent location behind the Boqueria Market some 100 metres from La Rambla boulevard. Since the hotel has no eating facilities, the market is the place to be for your breakfast !! When youre a budget traveller and like to stay in a central location in a 1* hotel, Aneto is one of the hotels you can pick for sure ! Nice basic rooms (clean towels every day), 24h reception, elevator.
If we are to mention a downside (again, you cant be too picky when you choose to travel on budget) it would be the noise at night (due to the fact that hotels like Aneto are former private apartments with thin walls !) Caused by fellow hotelguests who do not seem to realise that they stay in a hotel where other guests may be sleeping at 00.00 when they go out & at 06.00 when they get back from a night out ! :-)

The location was good, very close to La Rambla and has an elevator. The price was ok and the room was very clean. We were just staying overnight for an early flight tomorrow and had a nice stay.

We got the room facing the street, with a balcony, and it's bigger than we thought we'd get. Very clean, well kept, and overall a nice experience. I'll definitely be back to this hotel for the value.
Breakfast was small.
